Located in Mobile, Alabama, CEMP has been providing expert
metal processing services including shot-blast and priming, steel
cutting, edge preparation, structural cutting and forming, for over a decade. And if you're in a hurry, CEMP specializes in fast turnaround of jobs from design to finished product and everything in between.
CEMP has invested heavily in world-class technology and advanced metal processing equipment to ensure maximum precision and efficiency in the production process. Our metal equipment includes NC-controlled Tanaka industrial lasers, ESAB plasma cutting machines, and some of the largest capacity cutting tables in the business, allowing us to process over 144-inch wide plates or parts which can help our customers save on weld seams and welding expense, and improve overall production throughout.
Our metal surface preparation capability at CEMP is second to none! To provide our customers with a complete array of metal surface cleaning and preparation options, we employ a sophisticated high-capacity Pangborn paint line system. The integrated system provides wheelabrator, shot blasting, and painting for most any metal surface.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes a modern steel building
with over 61,000 square feet of metal processing space, eight
overhead cranes with interchangeable plate magnets up to a
40-ton capacity, and materials are always stored horizontally to
minimize and improve productivity.
